Unfortunately not. You can view multiple SharePoint calendars in Outlook, just not via the To-Do bar, because the To-Do bar is only looking at your default Calendar folder. Unfortunately, that's how the all-day events work with the To-Do bar...they don't. It's been requested to add this feature in, but we'll see.
