Outlook 2007 To-Do Bar

in Outlook

I really do love the new features of Outlook 2007. A particular favorite is the To-Do Bar. In a nutshell, it provides a centralized place to see calendar items, task items, and other flagged items in one single area. Not only that, but it’s there for maximum viewing convenience while you’re in your inbox…which is where most of us spend our days anyway, right? It’s just another way to increase productivity.

Is there any way to show events from multiple calendars, ie SharePoint? Also all-day events do not show up.

Are you asking if you can view multiple SharePoint calendar information in the Outlook To-Do bar? Unfortunately not. You can view multiple SharePoint calendars in Outlook, just not via the To-Do bar, because the To-Do bar is only looking at your default Calendar folder.

Unfortunately, that’s how the all-day events work with the To-Do bar…they don’t. It’s been requested to add this feature in, but we’ll see.
