Need to quickly access a file? Or quickly create a new file? Customize your Outlook toolbar for easy access
I'm all for eliminating a step here or there and customizing your toolbars are just the vehicle to do so. Two of my favorites are adding a My Documents toolbar button and an Office Document toolbar button. Since I spend most of my day in Outlook, these allow me to do two things directly while in Outlook: 1) accessing files from the My Documents folder quickly 2) creating a new document, spreadsheet, or presentation quickly.
